FIRST AID FOR SEIZURES
Stay calm,most seizures last for a few minutes only.
Prevent any injury by moving nearby objects out of reach.
Make a note of duration of seizures.
Make the person as comfortable as possible.
Keep onlookers away.
Do not try to hold the person.
Do not put anything in the person's mouth.
Do not give the person water,food or pills untill the person gains full consciousness.
If the seizures continues for more than 5min,call an ambulance.
Be sensitive and supportive and ask others to do the same.

1) Fruits and green vegetables are low calorie foods, so over weight persons should use these more frequently.
2) One should avoid intake of too much salt. Salt may be a factor for increasing the body weight.
